Psychiatric Medication Management

One-on-one appointments with a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to determine if medication is beneficial for treatment of your symptoms and to help find the right medication to best manage those symptoms.  This service is provided to adults and adolescents 14 years of age or older.  Initial visits are in-person, then telehealth options are available for continuing treatment for many people.  Most insurances accepted.

Individual Therapy    

One-on-one sessions with a licensed Therapist to discuss your challenges and identify strategies for coping with those challenges.  This is a collaborative process where the Therapist and you work on a treatment plan that best suits your individual strengths and needs.  This service is provided to adults and adolescents 14 years of age or older.  In-person and telehealth options are available.  Most insurances accepted. COMING SOON
